Please include the original box, a brief note indicating your wishes, and if an exchange is desired add a $9.00 check, money order or credit card information for the return shipping back to you.
To protect your private information, once we process your order we immediately remove all personal credit card numbers from every order. So in the event you would like us to credit or charge your card for return shipping please include the type of credit card, the number, with CCV code,and include the expiration date. If an exchange is desired please include the address where you want the item(s) sent.

Policy on Refunding Shipping Costs
For a refund we will give you a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping charges. If you want a new pair sent to you please include $9.00 for return shipping to you for the new pair.
Shipping charges incurred to return the order to us are the responsibility of the customer unless previously arranged.
